For small to medium sized jobs, we do not require any upfront payments. 

For special order materials or larger jobs, we may require a non-refundable deposit.

Balance is due upon job completion, unless a previous agreement was made.  Any unpaid balance not received when due will accrue a late fee.  Non-payment after some time will void labor warranty and no additional work will be performed on the property or for the Client.   If payment remains unpaid after, the Company will file a Mechanic’s Lien against the property.  For specific details, refer to the Terms and Conditions on the Estimates & Invoices.

We use high-quality materials, most of which are backed up by their manufacturer’s warranty.
